When we share personal data with local sales support for the purpose of providing service you have requested, that local sales support acts a Data Processor and is contractually obligated to maintain privacy in accordance with our policy. These are the countries where our local representatives are located:

  • Instrumentation Devices: Italy
  • NPrime: United Kingdom

These companies provide local support in their own countries, and BDSI provides local support for all other EEA countries.

Processing of newsletter subscriptions is carried out through MailChimp, a third party appointed by us as Data Processor, located in the United States.

This website is intended for commercial use by telemetry professionals. As such, our service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“children”).
