At Quasonix, we pride ourselves on our customer focus. That includes listening to you and providing the information and resources you need to optimize your telemetry solutions.
One of the ways to improve this website as a collective resource is having interaction through the use of comments. To ensure the relevance of shared insights and to eliminate spam, we have created a comment policy and will enforce it by moderating comments.
What types of comments are appropriate?
In short, comments should have value to our customers. Comments or questions about the products themselves, feature requests, and insights about the state of the art would all be appropriate.
What if I'm having a problem with my product?
Please contact us at support@quasonix.com or use the contact form on this page. We’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue. Comments about problems with products will not be posted unless you have first attempted resolution with our support team.
What if I have a question or comment that includes personal or proprietary information?
Please contact us at sales@quasonix.com, support@quasonix.com, or use the contact information at the bottom of this page. If you do leave a comment and we judge it to warrant a private instead of a public response, we will not publish your comment and will contact you directly by email.
What if I have a comment but there's no related news article or product page to leave the comment on?
Please keep comments relevant to the pages they appear on. If that is not possible, please use the contact form on this page to reach us. We’ll be happy to answer any questions or receive any suggestions you may have. Additionally, where possible, we will find or create a page that is relevant for posting your insights.
What if I submit a comment and it does not appear?
If you leave a comment on this website and it does not appear in a reasonable time period (usually within three business days), and you know that it does not violate these Comment Policies, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.
Policy
Use a valid user name
We do not allow keywords stuffed in the name field. You must use your name or nickname for commenting. Comments using keywords will be flagged as spam and deleted.
Use a valid email address
Email addresses are required for commenting; they are not published or shared. A valid email address will help us contact you regarding your comment if needed. Email addresses that look like spam will result in deletion of the comment.
Add value for telemetry professionals
A comment which does not add to the conversation may be edited, moved, or deleted. All spam comments will be deleted.
Use appropriate language and tone
This is a business website. Offensive or inappropriate language, or any wording considered rude by our editorial staff, will be edited or deleted. Likewise, personal attacks will not be tolerated. Respect fellow participants.
Limit links
In order to prevent spam and assure quality, we will limit links on comments. Do not add more than two links in your comment. Any irrelevant, inappropriate, or excessive links will be removed.
Remember that comments are moderated
Quasonix’s editorial staff reserves the right to edit, delete, move, or mark as spam any and all comments. We also have the right to block access to any individual or group from commenting or from the entire site.
