Naval Air Systems Command announced Quasonix, LLC was awarded a contract to deliver a minimum of 50 Dual-mode Airborne Digital Data Transmitters for use in the Navy’s AIM-9X AN/DKT-89 Secure Telemetry System at China Lake, California. The firm-fixed price indefinite quantity (FFP-IDIQ) order may result in the procurement of up to 500 transmitters over the three year period of the contract.

The transmitter has a carrier frequency tuning range of 400 MHz to 5250.0 MHz. The 5 band TIMTER™ with continuous tuning is the smallest transmitter of its kind in the world.
